Dr. Nia Helaire, DC, is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic and Associate Doctor at Cerritos Chiropractic, located in Cerritos, CA. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences - Los Angeles College of Chiropractic where she was a recipient of the Clinical Excellence Award in December 2025. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an option in Rehabilitation and Therapeutic Exercise from California State University, Los Angeles. 

Dr. Helaire provides patient-centered, evidence-informed chiropractic care with clinical interests in personal injury, musculoskeletal conditions, rehabilitation, women’s health, and pediatric care. She strives to create an environment where patients feel heard, informed, and supported throughout their care while working toward improved function, recovery, and overall well being. 

During chiropractic school, Dr. Helaire was actively involved in the Student American Black Chiropractic Association (SABCA), serving multiple leadership roles, including, Historian, Secretary, and President. She remains passionate about mentorship, community involvement, representation.
